The company is pathetic. HR is writing fake good reviews, as HR is not having any work just put the daily daily fake reviews. They have removed a lot of employees and salary deducted during pandemic. Employees writing true reviews about the company which now manipultaing by HR putting fake good reviews daily.

Dislikes

Salary deduction, many employees removed by MD and making employees suffer in bad times. Save all that money company give their fav employees incentives. If you are not working than yu can think for short term for working. If you are working in a good company or good qualified person than dont join lala company. At the end they will only fulfill pocket of theors and their favorite few people whom MD likes. .

...initely good for freshers to learn new products and have a practical experience. Work and salary expectations are not good.

Management Is not at all good. Salary is very less. Appraisal is not good either.

horrible. if you join this co. you spoils your carrier. no growth, 9 hours working time. only two saturday off. basic only 6500.00 inr. selfish management. illegal work done there. Hr department is Dog of management. as per instructions of management they bite office staff. No job security. suddenly dismiss any person.

...ronment and cultural. Teammate are supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Production Department have some satisfactory work, Production department head is supportive and cooperative to the officer and operators even in notice period and financial condition Quality Assurance Head is not at all supportive at any level even in serious family issue, 12 hours working for every small and big audits even for domestic and vendor audits. Shortage of manpower in all QA and IPQA Department.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
