Job security is quite the same as a government organisation. However growth inside this division is very very slow.

...ere to work.secure job.Career growth is slow but good if you work for long time.Starting salary is average.Slow increament but there is huge opportunity to growth.No politics.Feel free to learn everything in company.Give you opportunity to higher study.Work life balance not maintain in my case.Because of shifting duty.otherwise good.
