Company doesn't fullfill commitments given to employees. They don't pay Performance link pay i.e. called plp on time and put on hold for a longtime without giving any specific reason of delay, also revise salary annexure by increasing plp % in every appraisal. In the same organisation, Some division don't have plp components, all are getting fixed CTC and some are suffering from variable pay structure and even not getting it, seems running two different policies in the same organisation. hatsoff employees those who are working here have lot of patience and moral not to speak anything about it.

Their exit formalities are very very bad like, salary hold, toxic environment, politics politics and politics.
