...w e.g I joined one year ago but they still didn't provide me appointment letter. Salary hike is negligible except those who licks the feet of management. But if somebody wants to learn about foundry then it's okay.

Job security, Lack of respect for people working for longer period, Human Trade i.e, hire low salary people and fire high salary people, Long working hours, lack of respect, everything is urgent, working on holidays etc etc

This company has no job security, suddenly manegement stop or decrease your salary show some reason.

Dislikes

This company pay scale is very low and incriminating after 5 years, nothing development, and work with out safety.

There is nothing to mention that I like except salary always on date.

- No Job security at any time become jobless - Terrible environmental prolusion - Fixed in time but out time not fixed. -Settlement money not clear after left job. - Poor management - Too much office politics. - Poor work environment. - Always there is tension in work created by Non Technical managements.
