There is nothing to mention that I like except salary always on date.

- No Job security at any time become jobless - Terrible environmental prolusion - Fixed in time but out time not fixed. -Settlement money not clear after left job. - Poor management - Too much office politics. - Poor work environment. - Always there is tension in work created by Non Technical managements.

1. Horrible working hours. 9am-10pm. Somedays 9am- 12am. Somedays upto 4am. It's horrible. 2. Verbal abuse, mental abuse from top management especially from the most undeserving, illiterate Saket Kandoi. 3. Even the immediate manager is like puppet. Pressurize the team members unnecessary. 4. Everything is urgent. Everything has to be done by EOD. No help from anyone. 5. Meetings on Sunday also. I don't know why people are still working here or government is giving orders? Everything. To start with, it’s not safe for anyone to work in Titagarh specially for women employees. There is no work culture, any random person with no knowledge and no right attitude are hired at big positions and getting fat salaries just to destroy their subordinates and the company. Even the HR are useless, any expectation of help in your concerns will never be met.

Dislikes

HR is irresponsible, they keep people on hold. The work culture is just like a Government office, after lunch people are sleepy the operation in the office slows down. Very Bad experience They think only they have time and other people have no value. Useless and disgusting Management policies.
