...hing I like about Tirupati is work life balance. Salaries are given within time. It gives fair chance to Freshers to get job as they work for less salary compared to experienced once.

Dislikes

Most of the Production and Q.A. managers are B.S.C. and few are B.A. also. Their technical knowledge is zero. So you can't learn anything from them. If you are working in shop floor you will not get any sort of training and your sign will be taken in training form just for completion of documents. There isn't any kind of appreciation. managers are always waiting for your mistakes. And most importantly mangers will never give you solutions.Politics has deep roots and efficient people are not appreciated enough. H.R. policies are poor.

... when i need my money that i earn with my hardworking in TIRUPATI MEDICARE LTD,.They cut all my money , my bonus,gratuity and these funds cut from my salary month to month and also claim that i'll gave back payment to company.
