Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good slary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

This company lures you with high salary, but its death nail in your career. It has hire and fire policy. No clear vision. Only one thumb rule yesss sir

Hire and fire, even the employees were asked to leave from the main gate in blue moon without proper relieving and without any clues

I like the facilities provided by company to employees, while the facilities is less but that is good for junior employee and labour.

...ired their juniors. A lots of politic in the company make the enviroment so bad. Salary is not good. Overall I can say that company is good for helpless person only.

Tirupati Group is a emerging unicorn . Company culture and level of satisfaction of employees are first priority for this company I seen personally. Staff members including Manager and colleagues in Tirupati life science very cooperative and give emphasis to leadership. Transport facility, food facility quality are too good and according to taste of their employees. Comply with standards and principle.
