Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The company is open in lock down period unnecessary, there is no pf or esi or mediclaim facility to employees, very pathetic condition of employees

Dislikes

Compensation is very bad and growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. No value of Managers, do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers or experience, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

...tion..no skill development infact ur own skill get vanished..appraisal zero..vo kya hota hai…your salary is cutted without any notice..but if u do overtime..no one appreciate u..worst se bhi worst hai please do not join..its better to stay at home..u will treat like receptionist..no matter whats ur qualification..and in which post you joined
