Right from company culture, shallow mindset leadership, poor work hours, zero work life balance & pathetic attitude towards growth everything is wrong. Undue & unrealistic pressure is put on short handed teams to do miracles without any resources.

Tirumala Milk Prodicts PVt LTd is Good but top hierarchy problem. No Ethics, ethical working is not visible in top hierarchy. To cover unthical practices, they need to make big story.
