Iam Very comfortable to do the job in tirumala milk products . Management support to the employee to doing work compart and honestly. Management encourage the employee who has worked for company managers give full freedom to do work. Here company policies is there for employment security.

Right from company culture, shallow mindset leadership, poor work hours, zero work life balance & pathetic attitude towards growth everything is wrong. Undue & unrealistic pressure is put on short handed teams to do miracles without any resources.
