Dislikes

Company has a culture of hire and fire. They use to hire highly educated and experienced person and try to get information and communication from him ,later they fire the person.Their HR do false promises and fake information to hire similar persons by any how.you are always expected to work on sunday.company will not provide any resources to you for your work however you will have sole responsibility of your work.

Company is good but there working environment is not safe and there not progress in future.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the managment does't address our issues. Salery is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
