Previously, talents were valued at Ting. However, the company no longer appreciates its employees’ skills. There’s a severe lack of work life balance, and logging out on time invites judgment. Working late only leads to more assignments, yet dedication goes unrewarded during appraisals, which often result in minimal raises - delayed by 4-5 months. The new Mumbai office is disastrous: uncomfortable chairs, cramped desks, tiny drawers for personal belongings, and chronic water shortages until midday. Daily wifi issues plague productivity. Basic amenities are missing such as dustbins on the floor. Toilets are broken, making the work environment unbearable

Dislikes

Environment is very toxic and work life balance is pathetic, favouritism is one major issue in this company. No employees centric company. Seniors are not supportive. Management is very unbalanced and not in employees support. They have their own rule for every thing neglecting employees problem and issues.

In the company Equality, Work Atmosphere, Company Culture, Freedom of Expression and many other aspects are prioritized. The most significant aspect is the way the employees are treated humans, with their feelings respected.
