Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Some time , i have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day as i have to attend dr calls in the evening and some time late into the night I am not satisfy for job.

... to me .i want to give your job to my relative. I don't know why he did like it. And Tineta Pharma pvt LTD didn't give me my salary . Near about 26 thousands is pending my salary.tineta Pharma pvt LTD didn't give me my salary. Lastly i wanna say . This is a good company . but some persons doesn't give chance to go ahead like as think about company growth. See my work in this company 💯% right and 💯% company growth. my manager that time take fake reports.that time i sent that recordings to my ZM ( To Sir Raj Bahadur) maybe he didn't see that message.i hope you can feel my feelings. Thanks for give me chance to review Bye bye
