You would meet some really interesting and learned people who know how to enjoy their work to the fullest. Appraisals are good, growth opportunities are scarce but no limit for the right candidate.

A pinch of politics is always there in all the organizations. There is nothing much to dislike here. Sometimes, lack of clarity is the biggest hurdle you feel in discharge of your duties. However, it is all people specific and not the culture of the company.

Internal politics. Only 4-5 top management people are dominating. No appraisal for result oriented employees. Appraisal is given to employees who can make boss happy. Only buttering. Those who just want to pass time can join. For growth oriented candidates it's not recommended.

There is a lot of politics and many bad peoples are still working in the company. At the time of Lockdown, company has dismissed / cut my job and forced to resign me without any my mistakes and at that time I have to face so many difficulties and my money problems arises as I am a family person and I have wife,two girls, my old parents and still I have not got any good job.

...your seniors and grow. Hardwork will only get you additional responsibilities. Huge pay parity between people on same Grade. (Those who butter grow) Sales pressure without logic.

All things are very good & company facilities were also good

Dislikes

There is a lots of policies and the management adress or issues. Salary is decent according to the employees, casuals, permanent workers. There is no bond of timing wich you can't resign. On the job training is given to new joinees.
