Internal politics. Only 4-5 top management people are dominating. No appraisal for result oriented employees. Appraisal is given to employees who can make boss happy. Only buttering. Those who just want to pass time can join. For growth oriented candidates it's not recommended.

All things are very good & company facilities were also good

There is a lots of policies and the management adress or issues. Salary is decent according to the employees, casuals, permanent workers. There is no bond of timing wich you can't resign. On the job training is given to new joinees.

No work life balance strict timings and no time to go home.your work will change according to priority and in evening they will ask why u have not done your previous work.so much disturbance in design department.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

There is a lot of politics and many bad peoples are still working in the company. At the time of Lockdown, company has dismissed / cut my job and forced to resign me without any my mistakes and at that time I have to face so many difficulties and my money problems arises as I am a family person and I have wife,two girls, my old parents and still I have not got any good job.
