There is nothing which i dislike in Timesjobs.com basically. it's a very good company, it learns me a lot actually.

Big group and they are into multiple business

Some people at Sr Management are not capable of taking bigger decisions and a lot of politics inside , HR is driving business and unnecessary interference

In the starting month, it was pretty good but as the days past, people started forcing to make unimaginable sales and started threating to terminate me. Work-Life balance was horrible and the worst part was the management. My all colleagues have left the job already, even my manager... LOL... I don't recommend anyone to go there.

Dislikes

Silly Work pressure, baseless targets, threats of termination every day. Colleagues were good and supportive but now all have left so it does not matter. Management is silly and has no idea of managing anything.
