No proper designation allotment (even in 5 years) 8. No bonuses 9. Graveyard shift 10. Work hours can extend to 12-14 hours a day 11. You'll be expected to work on weekends as well, making it 6-7 days a week of work

Dislikes

Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometimes I have to work 12-14 hour straight in a day.
