The true meaning of an open door policy. If you have something in mind you can talk to the highest authority without hesitation. Times Network has a fire in their DNA that makes them true go getters. Management gives you ample opportunities to speak up in an open forum and share your ideas. They truly believe that if you believe in something innovative then you start it and network will support. The network never ever calls on a non working day and they totally let you have 100% of your personal life and I love this culture. It is a place where is you wish to learn then one can learn beyond imagination.

Appraisals can be better at the right time. Though when the time is right they do make up for it but it can still be done at the right time

It boils down to your boss if he is good your life is best at this place the company policy is great .

There is no work life balance ,even if you are unwell senior wants you to work but work ,can't take leaves ..

No work life balance. Before joining, you will be attracted with 2 locations office flexibility and later you will be harrased to travel from ggn to noida or noida to ggn on daily basis and that too unnecessarily. Cold work environment.

I like the working hours and perks given to the employees.

Dislikes

I dislike the HR policies. The appraisals are not on time and the hike is below average. Male employees don't get pick up and drop service to their homes.
