Company is good but the higher management is bogus. Instead of company growth they are more interested for self growth. Politics is so high that political parties can learn from them. If you are good in licking boot then growth is sure. Example member from content team became Product Head. Person who is good in chit chat became Chief Manager.

Dislikes

Discrimination is on peak. Company is basically cheater. 15% of your salary will be variable and you will get mere amount of variable. Explaining you at here. Suppose Your CTC is 4 Lakh (33,333 Monthly) and they committed 30% hike so annual 5.20 LPA (43.333- Monthly including taxes, PF). But as per them you will get 36.833 monthly and rest you will get quarterly, which generally comes after 5 month in Times. And in quarterly you will get max 15,000 out of 30,000.

Work life balance and compensation.

Dislikes

Senior employees are not helpful. Leadership team is not that good. They don’t have vision for the company. I am from Adtech team and there is one guy Pawan Mishra, he is very insecure for his job and tries to do the politics with old senior guys and take all work responsibilities from every team member of the team. A guy with so much experience, instead of teaching juniors and letting them grow, takes up the small repetitive work to gloat in front of the managers and then goes around saying “you know nothing” to juniors. I would say this is a massive waste of company resources and borderline harassment of the employees working under him or in the same team as him. Words like “you know nothing” are casually thrown around multiple times and when trying to set up calls with people on system and architecture KTs they are mostly dismissed or done so as to sabotage actual learning. Emails are only responded to when managers are involved after several days and even then the responses are usually like “give it to me I’ll do it” killing one learning opportunity after the other.

Only the Gurgaon office is decent. Everything else is just bad!

Dislikes

...t against injustice. Promotions are done only for those who suck up to bosses. No growth zero increase in salary. Poor work culture absolutely.

Prompt salary, prompt working hours, less interference from top level management, level planning field in communications.

Dislikes

Pathetic vision, favorite-ism, nepotism, backstabbing, clueless reporting managers, quantity over quality principles, opaque communication system, rumor mongering managers, absolutely zero opportunity to upskill, nasty office politics.
