What I learnt I and experience from there just do not believe anyone there.

Company environment are not good, your degree education qualification and experience, hard work doesn't matter, even they don't know how to behave professional, speak these people always make you feel uncomfortable and pull you down and Judging you all the time. Playing rubbish songs at the time of work,full distraction. Due to this some time I have lost interest. That's why Abdul Kalam said love your job but don't love your company. If it happens. With you just switch your job because many good companies in market.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
