Nothing to like about this company. Most worst company . No Job security neither any value of commitment salary . There no minimum employee benefit i.e. ESIC , PF ,Leave . Unprofessional , fraud people , Shameless people . If you are giving your valuable time for working this place that means you are wasting it. The perfect place to destroy the career. The most interesting thing is that no one stays more then five to six month.

Dislikes

Everything .The another interesting thing is that no one will respect your experience , qualification , education. You have to be ready every day to be humiliated from psycho bosses . And the worst thing is that those who will humiliated to you, they themselves have no basic knowledge about anything. For experience candidate , you will feel that you are forgetting everything you have learned. For some people it is always Spring time and for some it's hellish pain. Beware of some people those, whose job is to come office and do Jasusi Work , these people are the lizards of this company.

There's nothing to like about this company. They simply don't have any system to be called as a working organisation. It's mostly slave culture. The owners are just in human and characterless. All they want is to get their work done without considering your situation. The more a employee butters them the more they are on their favour even if he or she has done something wrong. Saturday's were half days as mentioned in the offer letter but few of us couldn't avail that as if we did that we would be questioned on why we left without completing the work. The owner simply doesn't have the basic manner to talk to his employees. It's a complete mess and at the end of the day if the work is not complete you will be questioned on your eligibility of what you did in those 9 hours that you couldn't finish the work. Their mindset is once they have given you a work they think it will be done in a flicker of second without considering the mismanagement of the whole process created by them. There's no job security as any one could be picked up anytime and thrown out for no valid reason. They will be nice to you when u tell them that you r about to exit the organisation that time they will treat u as very important n make u stay n if u fall in that trap then it's again another humiliation that you need to face. They r always good to the ones whom they think r matching their standards be it in looks or class.

...etter that on the basis of your performance there will be a hike after 6 months. But once you have completed your 6 months by giving you best to the company you need to give a reminder to the owner that u have completed your 6 precious months and it's time to review ur salary and performance. That time you get to see their words change. They will point out all the mistakes done by you even if that weren't done from your end in these 6 months so as not to increase your salary. Nowhere have I ever seen this that one needs to go and approach the management to review their salary and performance when it's already mentioned in the offer letter. And there are many things that goes against the policies of being a proper corporate organisation. I will never recommend this company to any one. These 6 months have been the worst for me in this organisation forcing me to exit. It was never the work but always the behaviour of the management.

...nt, like father like son, both are absolutely shameless and chracterless people. Never pay salaries as promised at the time of interview. and once the person is resigning, his dues are also never settled for.

Management is not good. No job security. Appraisal is done not the basis of work, it’s done only on the favour. Worthless work culture.At the time of appointment, whatever facilities they promise to give. They don’t bother afterwards to apply those.

I hated most the work environment and the partiality by director when it comes to judgement your performance between senior merchandiser and junior merchandiser.
