Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Nothing worst company ever I worked with.

Dislikes

I worked with techgig and its the worst company that I ever worked with. Manager is gender biased he has a problem with girls as he is very narrow minded. I did complain about his behaviour to HR but nothing happened. As he is manager HR also did not take any actions against him. Every girl who was working with techgig left the organisation. Manager tortured us and ruined our career. He never motivated us everytime he only demotivated us. Best thing us that he said to us that if you girls even go to washroom put the sticky notes on your seat that we are going to washroom lyk seriously. Techgig is not a place where gurls can work freely. Suggest do not go there even I want to complain against him in police.

First of all they never keep on their company onroll they provide you third party payroll so you can imagine how you job security is also they never care how you dedicated toward your work , a simple mistake they fire you, work life is not good.
