Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

1. There is too much interference of the owners. 2. No job security. 3. False promises to the employees and the guests. I will suggest you, if you want to join so it's better to look some other options. First they will call you to join, and once you join and all of the sudden owners will say, we don't want him/her. No professionalism at all. Pathetic.

There is no work security at all. I was thrown out of. Company only bcus i complaint that someone was throwing stone in my accomodation from ventilation. I was staying alone in boys accomodation. No security at all
