no career growth , no increment , low salary, no innovation, no learning, not a good company to grow in your career, bad management, during increment and appraisal they fire HR head so that they can delay incrementand they will give multiple reasons to misss your appraisals, if they give appraisal they will give 5-10% hike not more than that.

I was asked to leave the company during my hard times..The hr knew that my husband was in ICU suffering from Corona, nobody co-operated but asked me to resign...such a inhuman behavior....
