Poor work culture maintained at office. 2nd level manager is biased to some individuals. Academic personnel is very poor, however the wheel moves because of the content and the brand's reputation. No new ideas are welcomed, if the ideas seem intellectually intimidating, it will be ridiculed by the senior works and the manager too. Constant tourturing by your co-workers, no unity among the workers, u cannot keep away from these people.

Dislikes

People are Traditional and they stick to what they have been doing. They are not open to Learning and development. Also the various departments are run by people who act as dictators. There are no Training programs for employees. New suggestions are not entertained.
