It’s is good for an international student who wants to start off their career working at Tim Hortons( It’s a major Canadian Coffee Company). They will get an exposure to Canadian culture, working in a fast paced environment, networking with employees and seniors (which comes handy if you are an international student), fexlible timings and good job security.

Dislikes

The pay is basic for team members, and managers don’t get compensated generously compared the pressure and work they put in. Whereas managers with same work load in similar industry gets paid a lot more. Growth is average and totally depends on the franchise you are being hired. I would recommend to gather some experience and look for better opportunities.

All the things policies only for reading ,no body pick the call from HR side and HR team run the stores rathar than ops team They have office time but store level they can call you around the clock They used the employees and throw them when they don't want Most pathetic pepople working in it Leaving this plat form percentage is to high question mark for them why ?????
