salary does not increase. Lack of financial stability. Staff are laid off without receiving pending salary. Forced resignation if employees don't like work Heavy workload , no time to sleep. Management doesn't care about your hard work . Project manager has no technical knowledge. No supportive project managers and bad hr. practices. Project Manager use bad languages towards employees . Limited opportunities for growth no bonus, profit share, no hike
