... atleast 2 years here. You will be grilled but there will be a lot of learning. Very good salary to start with.

Dislikes

Long term survival is not possible here. Your salary will not increase along with your experience. There is a lot of micro management. You will not get time for professional & personal development. But it's a great launchpad in yamunanagar city. Don't stay for more than 3 years.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance.
