...own level workers, some emplyoyes disignation not chenge in up to 4 to 5 year's. Selected porsons only given hike salary.

Place is very untidy. Rats, Cockroaches and Mice are permanent employees during the day and night. I remember an instance where they ate up the telephone keypad, Ibuprofen samples, plastic WFI ... etc etc. Very Very Untidy

Dislikes

Exit is very difficult. They play labour bond tactics and recover dues 6 months to per month salary. MICRO MANAGEMENT to the core

Work pressure will not be. We need to work as per our JD and need to work properly ( no need to complete within a target) .

Dislikes

There is no benefits for employees. Food, transport nothing is there. No proper training. Work timing we cannot manage in this remote area. No safety and security for the employee job.

I can't suggest this company, this not a pharmaceutical company, this is fraud pharmaceutical company. they don't need quality always they want only production output. Without filling doc, product will be dispatched. Totally offline line procedures.
