Fine work environment and culture, Good for fresher's only. There is no job security on OJT or OS , no salary hike since last 4 years,

Dislikes

No Transport allowance. Company ambience not so good, not given importance to employees, no motivation from lead.

Nothing good for freshers that's it one can learn to work under pressure with minimal salary. Less man power with so much work load

... can loose your job at any point . Huge politics as compared to other companies. Less salary , less man power , heavy work load due to poor service given to customers.

Likes

Company always looks after for customer needs, search innovative ideas and finding flaws in the current process. Higher authority members are really supportive and are interactive with the subordinate level. This should happen every firm as it helps to build same though process in subordinate level, in result it allows both levels to proceed in same direction and do not slow down the pace of contribution from them. Company have always let me work independently and have allowed to explore new things.

Dislikes

Salary base for freshers is very less. Emproyee's appreciation and salary increments are not done on fixed intervals.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

Company has handovered it's entire work to LCO. Salary is descent but career growth is slow.

Work culture is good but no increment since i have join this company. All aspects r good but in market respects salary increment is nothing. Need some good packages for employee.
