Especially during the covid times, they have been really supportive and considerate for everyone.

- Sometimes its stressful with no clarity on what to do next - Many good policies exist which I wasn't aware of until I asked HR

I have been with Tiki Tar and Shell for five years, and I can confidently say that the work environment here is fantastic. Very good work culture. Feels like a family. People are really supportive. I was among the first sales team of Tiki tar and Shell. Always enjoyed the positive energy and team spirit which is flowing in the whole team. We really enjoy the team culture and the management ensures the standards are aligned with that of shell standards.
