TIGI HR is a technological recruitment company having clients 500+ Clients across India including big giants such as Wipro, TSC, Just Dial etc.. TIGI HR as multiple branches in across India and company has a vision and mission to create maximum employment and leaders in society. Here I can say that work environment is very good if you are not from the same field you can join TIGI as fresher and you will get a very good training and also provides job securities. Those who want to make career into HR or Recruitment field for them i will suggest to join TIGI HR.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, and growth is high at long term period. Fix working hours 9 to 7 and 5 days working a week with paid leave. Seniors are very helpful and no internal politics. They have strict company policy that who want to work and want to growth themselves TIGI HR will be the perfect platform. No extra working hours you can enter at 9 AM and at 7 PM you can leave. No one will be forcing you to work after the office hours.

Company vision and mission, we want to create maximum employment and leaders in society. We are running this company since last 8+Years and now we do have 1000+ clients across India in various fields including IT, Non IT, Engineering, Fintech, Agritech, Pharmatech any many more.

We want to work on international companies that we are unable to start yet, but soom we are planning for the same.

People are less so it's good to work

Culture it's really bad here employees play politics and management just see but doesn't say anything and here affair's goes in office which we can't see but management sees all this.
