Good place to work and learn. A standard industrial learning program and work culture. Good projects for DS, data engineering and analytics compared to the Indian company working in this spectrum.

Dislikes

It's physical office space and culture are still in a growing and learning phase. It was good upto last year but they're going through salary restructuring due to bad markets. Very low physical interaction with colleagues or group outings or fun events as compared to a lot of young startups at its level but since people are professional I wouldn't say it's a super bad thing, it's just expected from a growing young startup.

Best thing about tiger is its remote working opportunity , which they have cancelled nowadays Current hikes are not good as before Micromanagement in some projects Wlb is very difficult Some project working may extend to 16 hours per Day Narrow teams so work gets pilled up easily

Low salary if you don't negotiate, HRs get fast promotions as they are able to hire at low salary Clients they choose are very rude with employees, and leadership doesn't take accountability to protect their employees

You get to work with really talented people. It's permanent remote work and the higher management listens or try to resolve any problem you have.

...re mostly some data prep ones. Core data science is involved in lesser projects. Salary should be on a bit higher side.

Nothing, They do offer a lucrative salary which is just a sham to cover up their poor hiring skills

They hired freshers in bulk from mostly premium colleges like IIT/NIT and the likes and now a month into the job they are saying that they don't have projects, don't have clients and would have to pause fresher's engagements. They are now threatening to fire us based on a test which is a single attempt only and has a cutoff of >70%. The other option is to stay on a sabbatical until January (all while being unpaid). The HRs and the lead are behaving as if they are doing some kind of favour over the freshers by offering them two months of severance pay if we will fail the test. Just hire and fire to get funding from VCs and then play with careers of people.
