I like the fact that my reporting officers are very supportive and available. They understand the problems that I have had on few occasions and have granted me the same.

Dislikes

...nt will be approved soon and that he is taking the necessary steps for the same. But eight months have passed since and nothing has come to fruition regarding my salary. This is the only thing that has bothered me severely.

They are list interested what happening in branch only timely payments should come

Treat employees like piece of paper, value only relatives, after completing one year service they decrease salary . If anyone ask management will not respond and ask to leave.

Company values old employees and give them oppurtunity to prove themselves.Here degree is not important but your work is superior .How u deal with clients , how many clients u can add will get u long way.

Dislikes

Too much politics in the company by top level management.Top level only want thier control on the company therefore they only hire thier preferred staff . One person name Narender sir has recruited a Field officer by taking a bribe of almost 1 lac to give him his desired location so that the Field officer can loot money from innocent security guards who are merely getting 13.5k after esi pf.Field officer take bribe of 1k every month from every security guards else they get harrassed by shifting thier post from one atm to another.
