Some of the highly experienced employees are not aware of the concepts which cannot be supportive at times when needed help. When little experience employees help them, they won't even consider that as help and will not show case it that they received that help, which can be like a showoff 3. Some managers are really toxic, when it comes to work, they keep asking about the updates on the project every now and then even there are like 2-3 daily standup updates that will be given every day. 4. Salary hikes are very low compared to the market value which discourages employees

Fintech uses updated technologies and regularly update the tools and libraries required which is good.

Dislikes

Ah so many things are there to dislike this company. Salary, appraisals, work life balance, management etc are not so good. Managers are typical minded and have oldage thinking. Top management is not concerned about employees problems and queries. There's no proper road map of work to be carried out in the future. All are maintenance projects.

Due to hybrid work policy much of the office would be empty if you visit on days except Wednesday. But work from home has its drawbacks especially as it takes a toll on your mind, causing you to feel lonely.

Besides Salary there is absolutely no benefits. No proper cafeteria or free food or allowance which most of the companies these days offer. The sad part is the company takes money from employees for car parking as well.

No plans of company growth by senior management. no customer satisfaction and growth plan.. creats theri own strategy and roadmap which doesn't fit as per customer and client growth and hence losing lots of customer. Least customer caring attitude by product management.
