I am so thanks to my MD sir during the lockdown all the companies are giving half salaries and no salaries even in IT companies.But Our MD sir paid the full salaries to employees.

It's much good going when CEO was there Hari singh sir, He developed and formed one great culture along with company vision and gaon. That time employee is safe and the every suggestion listen by management and HR.

AGM specialy belongs to vegitable crops is mean fellow of first water , wimsicle , he not intrested to listen ground problem while farmer and assistant and distributor retailer asking complained about seed of Hot papper Hana, tomato mudit , Zara, pehal . Really 3 rd class product penetrate directly on the commercial basis. AGM vegitable without knowing the issue directly wanted to fire the employee and if someone told about the quality of product he replied and asked for resign . Always imposed termination same HR has also has 3 rd class nature . Specially pawan. He has no knowlege about agriculture he was asking employee to develop and damp the material in only 2 month , MP business is on initial level , distributor is not interested to work with them , because no integrity clarity is there. To danger culture and higher manager always imposed the sacrifice of employees ... It's working from office , market and field farm also bellow no suchh option.

TIERRA is good company, company further plan's are exlent, job security and management culture is good but company needs well structure paln in ground level it's good for company brand name. Overall company needs one brake through brand name in market.
