...wth at all, specially for senior levels. 3. Only big mouth. No future vision. 4. Favouritism (The highest problem) and based on this your salary growth defines not by your skill. 5. CEO is an American and racist and a full mad man. No concise plan. 6. Language policy (You're forced to speak English)

...gement treat us. During this covid time they were always there and supported us. They were never late on the salary. They hired more people and made the work from home so much better. I love my co workers as well and how my team members always supports me. There are so much scope to learn about new technology and work on new products. Jon and Aunkita are always coming up with new ideas for building software.

More organizational structure is required but I know management is working on that.

Let me put things in a straightforward way. I have been working for the last 14 years, quite obviously, worked in many companies, but I have never been happier. Tier5 is a growing company that gives preference to work-life balance and shares some brilliant career goals.

I have been working in Tier5 for the last 1 year and also did an internship prior to my job in the same organisation. It is a very fun filled work environment. The work culture is great and you can maintain work- personal life balance. The company policies are well versed and there is a clear communication between your TLs and the team members as well as the management.
