Training was good and hence the process is simple. The team is very helpful. Working at Tide is satisfactory.

Dislikes

There are no incentives, and the salary is comparatively less. Salary discussion was not the part of interview, got the offer letter directly. Not much hike on last inhand salary and no attendance allowance.

...thin 3 months after I joined. No proper business planning from the team leaders. And only one month of salary was offered for involuntary resignation. Because of this I'm still jobless. wherever I apply they say that I'm not serious because of a short service in my previous role. I strongly recommend not to join this company. Plus you won't be eligible for loans because this company does not make the list of potentially profitable companies according to banks and they don't trust this company. Same thing happened to my teammate who was a new hire, who was still in training, no PIP's, no warnings, they just get on a video call with HR and give you 2 options, either you resign by taking a month's salary or they'll fire you without giving experience letter. So only join if you want to have a miserable career.

...Polite and friendly behaviour at every level. Senior management is approachable. Great salary and perks. Leave policy is excellent

Dislikes

Upper management is obtuse to change. Culture although is average the projection of it is too high which is not the reality. Closed nityed senior management run the company based on their wins and fences rather than logic sometimes. A lot of influence by the UK team to drive everything in India although culturally not able to comprehend the needs of Indian employees. Infrastructure is poor and this definitely a work from office company contrary to what they advertise.
