There is no work life balance, work is always loaded and various works getting implemented and employees are always pressurized. Policy keeps on changing and job security is always at risk. Company hired saying it's permanent WFH and later forces employees to get back to office or will fire them.

You will see many people leaving the company in past 1 year. Benefits are also not that great a bit better than service-based companies that's it
