Very less appraisal (5%) for exceed expectations. No Bonus CEO is a micro manager and CPO has created a toxic culture in prod-engineering ESOP of no value as the price at which they issue is very high now

...enefit from more transparency and alignment with employee needs and concerns. 2. Compensation and benefits: While I appreciate the benefits package, I feel that compensation or additional benefits could be more competitive.

They do hire people and fire once they get someone at low pay its a cash-burning startup and losing money and customer where investor are kicking it out Less job security

...Polite and friendly behaviour at every level. Senior management is approachable. Great salary and perks. Leave policy is excellent

Dislikes

Upper management is obtuse to change. Culture although is average the projection of it is too high which is not the reality. Closed nityed senior management run the company based on their wins and fences rather than logic sometimes. A lot of influence by the UK team to drive everything in India although culturally not able to comprehend the needs of Indian employees. Infrastructure is poor and this definitely a work from office company contrary to what they advertise.
