They won't give any benefits no accident compensation even if it occurred in industry HR is a brainless fellow they just try to make you work hard but pay very less they won't recognise your hardwork there are some permanent employees who don't work at all but they will put pressure on trainees here trainee is nothing but just a labour for them they won't think about your qualifications and give work accordingly they just use u as a labour

Good company for beginners

Good There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

We can learn a lot by ourselves by taking initiatives on our own with minumum support from boss.

...red by my greedy & cunning boss 2 days after I got award from MD for my project. Salary hike is very less after working 15 hrs a day. No work life balance as all Saturdays u need to work. No growth at all - those who put butter to boss alone will get promoted.

No job security.do not make staff.least salary manufacturing industry.Not every 30 days work some month plan was end middle of the month then give unpaid leave.1 min late 1 jour salary cut.
