It is the launch date of the MVP.At the same time, work pressures is very high. Sometime our team members work hours including on Saturday and Sunday.But it's okay for our team members.It was planned to be previously It would be easy handled.

I have 20+ years of experience, yet, I can say Ticvic is the heaven place to work. I am not saying exaggerated, really management values its employees and gives equal respect, importance to work/life balance.. these are all vital traits I can say. Appreciate employees engagement plans, like weekly fun activities, outing, CSR events through recreation club, and. weekly training session to enhance the capability by L3 club, as well as English club and so on.. Good facility, cafeteria, care. Nice place to work.

Dislikes

Since start up company, some facility like GYM, play ground, vending machine not available. But its okay, management agreed to fulfil.

Great place to work they provide plenty of learning opportunities to advance in your career. CEO ,CTO ,COO 's are easily available and they value your opinion.
