Management is not at all good Not at all employee satisfaction No work life balance due to pathetic night shifts HR team is not at all helpful Bo growth opportunities due to unhealthy competition and dirty politics Senior management start humiliating you if you raise a complaint against them

I am from Chennai, office is in Mumbai after working 5 and half years , I left the company due to personal reasons. So my dislike there is TIAA in Chennai.

Good pay. Great leave policies and employee friendly management. Free home pick up and drop. Timely appraisals which is very important nowadays.

Nothing as such. In few projects there is too much work load.
