... retire. Work-Life balance is good. But, for freshers, it is not recommended. Compensation is good when you join.

Not recommended for freshers. But, you are forced to continue in the company due to its 3 month notice period and slow growth. Work satisfaction is very low as your project can be kept on hold(or canceled) at any time.

Likes

Good pay. Great leave policies and employee friendly management. Free home pick up and drop. Timely appraisals which is very important nowadays.

Nothing as such. In few projects there is too much work load.

...st organisation, So here I have noticed that the work life balance is very good. And also it's salary structure, health insurance and the colleague interactions were very supportive.

Good salary and Benefits. Few talented professionals who are easy to work with. Job security.

Dislikes

Extreme politics at mid and senior leadership. Biased management which favours a selective inner circle only. Yes Sir = fast tracked promotions. India Leadership lacks vision. Mostly all Linkedin heros with very little substance. Good place for fresh/graduates but a total shit show at the leadership level.

People at manager level lack clarity and experience related to their domain/department. most of them internally switched departments so lack basics of their current domain, which hampers the productivity of people below them and reflecting lack of clarity, productivity and vision in the team.
