Some of the people are really nice, and they try and understand people.

Dislikes

There's no pay on holidays or for leaves. and the payment is hourly based. There's no holidays or leaves for people on sub-con. Also, you'll be closely monitored, and at times, that might be very unsettling. One won't be given much training or anything, and be expected to know and do everything. Office atmosphere is very boring, at least, the Engineering department; can't say about the rest.

Likes

The people are really great and the environment at the office is really cheerful even during peak stress hours. Make work go by really fast.

The salary benefits are quite low and so is the opportunity of growth.

On contract basis employee like third party contract not job security. If they will give the chance on company pay roll and job security May be all third party employee give more output work in good

Absolutely nothing just job security and work life balance.

Dislikes

Pay are far too less for surviving in a city like Mumbai. Moreover an HR are non cooperative and they talk nonsense. They have bond policy for even a 7 day visit outside India, moreover they are ruining the career of the Graduate Trainee by binding them for 4 years of bond. I would say keep this job as the last resort.

Only team mates, and not anything else. The name is prominent in Industry that's all.

Dislikes

Less pay, zero growth opportunities for GETs and still being treated like kids. They sign bond for 4 years and let people sit idle to serve the bond. Terrible and horrible work life balance. Salary reduction and that too when you work for 10 hours a day. No overtime and too much intrusion in one's personal life from Boss.
