Except for ON-Time Salary credit, there is Not even Single thing to like about working here,

De- Promotion of employees, To remove employees by Targetting them by issuing Citation, Worst Management in Decision Making, Higher Authority Management people fraud activities in Conveyances, Leaves, Materials, Projects etc, NO Proper Email Response from Bangalore HR, Employees do not have the right to send an email to HR,

Likes

Recently job rotation policy is launched, it gives good exposure to learn and experience different job profile

Dislikes

Salary structure is not satisfied, too much variation is between colleagues of same experience and qualification

...company premises. Company policies are good, appraisals not as per expectations. Salary hikes are also very low.

Salary hikes, year end appraisals, no recreational activity platform.

There is no support from the organisation inspite they blocked my salary for April and May month and insisted to work during lockdown with providing work passport. Mr. Chagalamarri Venkateshwara harassed by issuing warning letter, insisted me to write an explanation letter for no matter and when I denied to write a letter he insisted me to quit from organisation and I left Thyssenkrupp. Earlier I was proud to work with TKE but now regretting myself that why I worked for TKE. Till now neither they settled financial nor given relieving letter.

There is no job security and management plays politics

...enKrupp, Work-life balance isn't quite good but the teamwork is appreciable. Salary and appraisals are dependent upon hardwork and extra time given to the company. To learn technical aspects, thyssenKrupp is a perfect platform. Work environment is good and career growth is a resultant of hardwork and ethics.

Dislikes

Only the work-life balancing is not good other things are best in every aspect, also travel/tour or fun trips are not involved within the worklife to refresh minds.
