...or ....work pressure more..work politics .NOT GOOD PLACE FOR EDUCATED GUYS..ITI.but salary good and no job security. any time termination takes place.uneducated guys with good knowkedge and experience treated well..ready to do all works.

The company is open to innovation and ready adopts latest technology. I like the fact that i am a part of a Company that market reliable, high quality product and has global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 12 to 14 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take back mu suggestions most of the time.

Except for ON-Time Salary credit, there is Not even Single thing to like about working here,

De- Promotion of employees, To remove employees by Targetting them by issuing Citation, Worst Management in Decision Making, Higher Authority Management people fraud activities in Conveyances, Leaves, Materials, Projects etc, NO Proper Email Response from Bangalore HR, Employees do not have the right to send an email to HR,

Work life balance,opputunity to learn new technology, Can make own decisions with minimum interface of management ,

...growth opportunities , In hand salary comes less as compare to other companies .part of the Package goes in performance incentive and you get 100 percent if your and company performance is good.

Yes. I like very much to work thyssenkrupp Elevator, work culture is best to proper way and sistamaticly work prosses, management is very strong, company policies much better then other company's.

Dislikes

Salary and career growth is slow and low.company is not given to health insurance to contract base workors.
