on 22nd March when India is lockdown they allow only less empolyee in company and also don't provide salary one who doesn't go company , than I come to my hometown and than they terminate from the job

It's one of the best company in health care industry and it's preventive care, it's service good because people get know early stages of thyroid disease and also some other diseases.Here automation instrumentation Robotics technology highly sensitive machines. I feel proud because thyrocare technologies company growth is fast and good and as well as here less test cost and good results. Employese are working with responsibility and efficient. Here sample processing night shift it's very enjoyable.salary and career growth is good. They are giving excellent training.

Good salary hike, work life balance and leave policy and also every three month management conducting Team encourage party in all Regional labs.

Not good hiracy structure. Same designation senior and junior employees Both are executive role only.

Always a great place to learn as fresher. Salary on time. Easy access to EL. Supporting team Leave encashment

Growth is slow. Politics. After some time your interpersonal growth will stop as you have to perform same task again and again. Only one off in a week. Somedays you have to perform extra duty over your 9 to 6 job and end up not getting paid for that overtime.

After doing so much hard work manager mr Vincent doesn't support female staff he only support male staff if they are doing time pass also it doesn't care also for that. Vincent is the worst manager I have ever met. After doing 9 hrs of hard work he has not done my appraisal also in fact all female staff appraisal was not done.male staff who is doing buttering there appraisal was done in good one. Still the female staff is suffering over there.
