Only salary was on time that's it.
Dislikes
After doing so much hard work manager mr Vincent doesn't support female staff he only support male staff if they are doing time pass also it doesn't care also for that. Vincent is the worst manager I have ever met. After doing 9 hrs of hard work he has not done my appraisal also in fact all female staff appraisal was not done.male staff who is doing buttering there appraisal was done in good one. Still the female staff is suffering over there.
LAB TESTS ARE GOOD BUT NO WORK LIFE BALANCE, DUE TO COST CUTTING, EMPLOYEES ARE PRESSURISED IN WORK, AS NO JOB SECURITY HERE, NO SATURDAY OFF AND 9 HOURS WORKING COMPULSORY MONDAY-SATURDAY, NO ANY BENEFIT EXCEPT PF FACILITY, CURRENT MANAGEMENT IS WORST
Not good hiracy structure.
Same designation senior and junior employees
Both are executive role only.

Nothing to like as such in current Management after Dr AVM sold the company to few shrewd businessmen.
Dislikes
...ust and leaving on time is seen as slacking, No one takes feedback of employees. There are people working over here with 20 Years exp and less than 5lpa compensation, Hire n Fire policy. Cutting salary of employees through flexible CTC structure and wasting the money on useless corporate parties for the top cream management employees. 6 days working on paper, but 90 % staffs work 7 days with compulsory OT, for which they don't get paid OT allowances. Worst place to work
Worked as team in every aspects- professionally trained and well skilled members or leaders as well.
Dislikes
About the salary variable part which supposed to be not involved on your CTC. Its a different agenda as working under pressure and achieving targets with incentives as part.
