New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Manager and Team leaders think them selves as GOD,they dont behave professionally,use to abuse juniors,and threaten to kick out of jobs,they even take part of DA from testers,in their account,they ask to work 12-14 hours a day,daily no week off and make con call on sundays for 3-4 hours and festivals also

They wont give you projects which makes it difficult for u to learn . this is not a good company for freshers .

  • Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

they will send you to client location where you will be dealing with just a minute section of a project . there wont be enough exposure for you to call yourself as software engineer.
